A closer look at the details-

Day 1: The first day of this retreat will focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. We will begin with a warm welcome and introduction to the next three days. We’ll continue with a gentle yoga session led by Anja, our professional instructor, helping you to find your inner peace and tranquility. After a nutritional lunch, you’ll engage in a mindful meditation workshop. Proceeding a soothing spa session, allowing you to unwind and release any residing tension, we’ll break for dinner and end the night with a personal reflection under the stars.

Day 2: The second day will emphasize physical well-being and healthy balance. You will start your day with a revitalizing outdoor hike surrounded by breathtaking views of nature. An energizing breakfast will follow, providing the necessary fuel for the day’s activities. Next up are the morning fitness classes, where you’ll choose between a yoga, Pilates, or HIIT workout, catering to different fitness levels. After lunch, you’ll attend a workshop led by our chef, Nattawut, on nutrition and healthy cooking. In the evening, we’ll gather for a group meditation session and a special mindfulness-based activity to enhance the connection between soul, body, and mind.

Day 3: On the final day, we’ll shift our focus towards self-reflection and personal growth. You’ll engage in guided journaling exercises and reflective walks, aimed to encourage introspection and self-awareness. Our emotional well-being workshop will provide you with practical tools for managing emotions and sustaining resilience. A final mindfulness meditation session will allow you to fully appreciate the transformative journey you experienced over the past three days. The retreat concludes with a closing ceremony where we will share insights and intentions for incorporating wellness practices into our daily lives moving forward.
