Day 1: Arrival and Unwinding
Your retreat will begin with a warm welcome, setting the tone for three days of rest and renewal.
Easing in, you’ll join Anja, our expert yoga instructor, for a gentle session designed to loosen tension and bring a sense of calm. With each movement and breath, you’ll start to shake off any unrelenting stress.
A nutritional lunch will follow, fueling your energy, before an immersive meditation workshop. This guided session will help you quiet the mental chatter and find a deeper sense of presence.
Later, you’ll indulge in a restorative spa treatment, melting away any lingering tension and allowing you to fully surrender to relaxation.
As the day winds down, we’ll gather for a thoughtfully prepared dinner before ending the evening in quiet reflection beneath a vast, starlit sky—a perfect moment to soak in the serenity of your surroundings.
Day 2: Recharging the Body & Mind
The second day will focus on restoring your physical vitality and balance.
We’ll start with an invigorating hike through lavish landscapes, where the vibrant green jungles will leave you feeling energized for the day ahead. Following the hike, you’ll enjoy a wholesome breakfast designed to replenish your body.
Next up, you’ll choose between a calming yoga session or an energetic HIIT workout, each tailored to suit your personal fitness preferences. Afterward, you’ll revitalize your energy with a protein-rich lunch before diving into a hands-on workshop with Chef Nattawut, where you’ll explore the fundamentals of nutrition and healthy cooking.
As the day winds down, we’ll gather for a group meditation, followed by a special mindfulness activity that will deepen your connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Day 3: Promoting Insight & Renewal
On the final day, you’ll turn your attention to introspection and personal growth.
You’ll begin with guided journaling exercises, encouraging deep self-examination and clarity. This practice will be complemented by a reflective walk, designed to enhance mindfulness and self-awareness.
In the afternoon, you’ll participate in a workshop focused on emotional well-being, designed to equip you with practical tools for regulation and self-resilience. A final mindfulness meditation session will provide you space to fully appreciate the transformative journey you’ve undergone over the past three days.
The retreat will conclude with a closing ceremony, where we’ll share insights and discuss ways to integrate these wellness practices into our daily lives moving forward.

Nattawut isn’t just any chef; he’s a culinary alchemist, combining flavors with intention. His journey to becoming the chef for this retreat was as transformative as the meals he imagines. Nattawut felt a longing for a deeper connection to his craft and a desire to infuse his cooking with a sense of purpose beyond mere sustenance and now comes along to show us how healing wellness food can be.
Elena’s role goes beyond mere translation; she serves as a cultural ambassador, bridging the gap between Thai language, traditions, and ways of being. Through her work, she promotes a sense of unity and connection among this retreat’s diverse community and the locals who inhabit Phuket, reminding everyone that we are all united by a shared humanity.
